Description

Downer Management is a 3-vs-3 bureaucratic autobattler about surviving a hostile org chart. Hire difficult employees, seat them across Upper, Middle, and Entry desks, and weaponize paperwork while each department's bench aura quietly changes the fight.

Pick your last job at character creation — Head of Legal, Head of Sales, Head of HR. That choice unlocks your starter department plus two secondaries. Earn the rest by clearing their buildings. Three additional blue-collar departments are planned for the free post-launch Parking Lot DLC.

Forms in triplicate. Termination is permanent.
