Where is my save data?

Progress is stored locally on your device. On Steam, saves can also sync via Steam Cloud. Deleting the app removes local save data.

Is the game single-player?

Yes — Downer Management is a complete single-player game. No account or internet connection is required to play.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from — the App Store, Google Play, or Steam — under each store’s refund policy.
